Well, what can I say about Mitch's copywriting course, other than it is a must for any recruiter out there, whether internal or external. I have completed the course online ( different countries and all that ) and usually, online courses are , well, boring. Not this one - it was easy to follow, engaging and my adverts are significantly better as a direct result of taking this course. Aside from this, Mitch is a great copywriter himself - over the years, I have worked with him in helping me with different copies and the results have always been on point and most importantly, they help me stand out in an overcrowded market.

I followed Mitch's online Copywriting for Recruiters training recently. I've seen many improvements but the two I've cited below are by far the most significant: Firstly, my engagement with passive candidates has increased massively since giving a selection of "call to action"; not everyone has an up to date CV it seems! Secondly, since changing the style of my job copy, candidates have said the reason they applied was because of the advert and the story it told rather than the ransom demands! Thanks again Mitch, it has genuinely been a game changer!

I attended Mitch's copywriting course and it completely changed my view on recruitment. There was an immediate increase in ad responses (good ones) which ended up in me getting a load more interviews and more placements from passive candidates - the dream. Highly recommend him to anybody in recruitment, as he'll get you actual candidates for your jobs, instead of just likes.
