Poonam came into our business as FD at an enormously challenging time for a finance professional - massive growth, poor financial controls and low margins. I took the role as FC at Milestone on the basis that I would be reporting into Poonam. She was/is a great mentor to me. She was born to lead others and push them to be better. Poonam is very detail-oriented, a hard worker and produced good results for the company.
